WHEN: Saturday, September 19, 2009 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM WHERE: NH Fire Academy 222 Sheep Davis Road Concord, NH 03301 The NH CERT Rodeo is designed to be a day of fun, networking, and camaraderie for all our trained CERT members. Throughout the day teams will negotiate four different disaster scenarios, receive two basic trainings in HAZMAT and Line-Search, and enjoy some local CERT or emergency displays. The Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) organizes and utilizes public health and medical volunteers. These volunteers prepare for and respond to emergencies and act as a support to existing public health and emergency resources. Retired professionals, who have maintained their credentials, and would be available during disaster, are especially needed. |
